In the best interest of our practice and our clients, we have a $50 deposit required policy on all medical aesthetic appointments.
- This $50 is fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled within a 24 hour period.
- The $50 is fully refundable if you come in for your appointment and decide not to treat.
- Should you decide to treat, the $50 may be applied to your treatment.
No Show Policy
Our consultations are complimentary but we do require a major credit card to secure your appointment. This information is requested at the time of your call. Without this information, we will not be able to schedule your appointment. Please note there will be a $50 consultation fee if you are a No Show to your appointment or cancellation of your appointment is made less than a 24-hour notice. Failure to pay may result in loss of booking privileges, refusal to provide future service.
- Eat a light meal and drink enough water before your appointment
- Arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment
- Turn off your cell phone or put it on silent
- Communicate your needs clearly
- Try to use a quiet “spa voice” when you talk anywhere in the spa
- Tip appropriately, a typical tip is usually 15-20%
- Cancel any appointment with a 24-hours notice
