Lindsay Andronaco

Lindsay Andronaco graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and eventually went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree in Adult and Gerontology Medicine. While receiving her master’s degree, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for her academic excellence at the graduate level.
Lindsay has a vast medical background and has specialized in skin care, surgery, and wounds/trauma. She previously was the Director of Nursing at Lowell General in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Wound/Ostomy/Continence Manager at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She’s a national award winner of the Dorland award in the category of skin and wound care. She was also recognized in Case In Point Magazine as being one of the “Top People in Healthcare.” They noted her for her “passionate leadership and an overall holistic approach to medicine.”
She has previously completed training in Botox and Fillers, plus has years of experience in surgery and skin/wound care. She’s trained in injectables with Rob Lucas PA-C out of Darrien, CT, who is a plastic surgery physician’s assistant who practices by-coastal and specializes in injectable cosmetics. He has more than 30 years in the industry. His other office is in California, where he assists Dr. Ordon from the show “The Doctors.”
Lindsay also trained with Dr. Lisa Vuich, a nationally recognized injector, a member of numerous aesthetic organizations, and an instructor for the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association. Lindsay has also spent time training in Michelle Doran and Andrea Pop-Connely in advanced injection techniques.
Since taking over as Medical Director in 2018, The team has won the Best of Hippo awards FIVE years in a row, and she also achieved recognition as a worldwide leader and healthcare. Above all else, Lindsay prides herself on safety designing a treatment plan that works for each individual patient.
Cheryl Boyarsky
Practice Manager
Cheryl joined Pellé Medical Spa in 2014 with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in various industries. Her number one focus is on client satisfaction and the absolute best service in the medical spa business. She has also worked and lived in London and Manhattan.
In addition to her strong background on the business side, she is a mother of triplet boys and a certified yoga instructor. Cheryl is a healthy lifestyle advocate and believes beauty and strength come from what makes one feel best!

Melina Wilson
Registered Nurse
Melina Wilson, RN, BSN nurse injector, earned her degree from Capella University, graduating with high honors, and is currently pursuing her advanced practice degree. Melina has nearly twenty years of nursing experience. Melina started her career at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where she remains today. Melina’s previous nursing experience includes medical-surgical nursing, ambulatory care, and informatics nursing. Melina currently works as an aesthetic nurse injector and intensive care nurse.
Melina’s passion for aesthetic nursing grew when approached by Lindsay Andronico, currently the medical director of Pellé Medical Spa. Melina completed Botox and Filler training at Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc in 2019. Melina has trained with Michele Doran at RN Aesthetics and is an Allergan nurse educator. In addition, Melina has been working alongside Lindsay for the last several years. Melina’s range of aesthetic nursing encompasses a variety of treatments and procedures, including injectable cosmetics that have become her niche.
Melina has been part of the team at Pellé since 2019.

Kristin Goggin
Registered Nurse
Kristin has been a Nurse for 7 years and has two degrees. She has her Bachelor’s in Public Health from UMass Lowell as well as a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northeastern University.
She has a background in medical/surgical nursing, Women’s Health, and IV Infusion Management. Her favorite treatments are Aquagold, filler, Botox, microneedling, and PRP hair restoration. Kristin is sweet, relatable, and cares about her patients and their outcomes.

Hi everyone! My name is Ava-Loren, and I am the face behind @SkinVixen. My job as an Aesthetician is to make sure you feel loved the moment you walk in, comfortable during, and to love yourselves the second you leave. My space is a judgment-free and friendly zone. The services I offer will continuously grow, but right now, I am offering hydrafacials, chemical peels, eyebrows (mapping/waxing/tinting) and lashes (lifts/tints), laser hair removal/laser pigmentation removal, as well as laser teeth whitening!
I have a vast background of education and will soon be expanding on it as I am currently working on my nursing degree, hoping to dive deeper into the cosmetic world. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, sleeping, eating, horror films, and fitness. Whether that be hiking or in the comfort of my living room doing yoga with my kitty.
I can’t wait to meet/see all of you.
Melissa Deignan
Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years and began specializing in medical aesthetics in 2019. Her focus is on helping patients navigate the aesthetic process and serves as an advisor between the medical aesthetic brands, the Pelle Team and each individual patient she works with. Melissa believes that “confidence changes everything” and takes pride in helping people look and feel their best.
Melissa will work with you to understand your concerns and objectives, help guide you to someone that can best evaluate your medical aesthetic options and work closely with you in a holistic, personalized manner that’s helped hundreds of patients achieve amazing results.

Amy came to Pelle with many years of experience in the spa industry. She is passionate about providing unparalleled customer service to our clients. Her attention to detail will ensure that you are taken care of from the moment you call to book your appointment until you walk out the door looking and feeling your best!
Barbi Cloutier
Front Desk Concierge
Barbi came to Pelle after many years of working in retail and medical administration and is loved by all who meet her! She enjoys gardening and harvesting her own vegetables, herbs, and flowers. In her spare time, she also likes to explore rail trails all over NH and southern Maine with her husband. She is the happiest being surrounded by those she loves in the comfort of her backyard.
Camille Mcmahon
Medical Assistant
Camille has many roles here at Pelle. She is a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She holds an associate degree in Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Washington College. Camille has extensive experience in the medical field and the spa business. She loves that she can combine her medical skills and her administration skills here at Pelle.
Savannah Fotino
Registered Nurse & Front Desk Coordinator
Savannah is originally from Murfreesboro, TN, but has been in the New England area since 2011. She has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Becker College (Worcester, MA), which she has used for the last nine years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She also has a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Northeastern University. Savannah started her nursing career in 2021 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in a medical/surgical unit. She then transitioned to the Fertility Centers of New England in Reading, MA, where she assisted couples and singles in starting their families through IVF and IUI processes.
Savannah currently works behind the desk, where she is learning about all the treatments Pellé offers. She has always had an interest in aesthetics and the medical treatments that could be offered under her nurse’s license. She will be completing an injector course in the Summer of 2023 in hopes of continuing her passion for making people feel good about themselves. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband and teaching fitness classes at Pure Barre. Two-time winner of the Hippo Press “Best of NH,” Rebecca Hardison has been honing her craft for over 13 years. She is an artist at heart who has mastered balayage, creative colors, and extensions. Her talent for designing exquisite formal styles is unparalleled. Staying on top of the latest trends and seeking innovative techniques is paramount to Rebecca, who frequently attends classes and specialty training.
Kait Davis

Kait has 15 years of experience and is a master stylist. She is a specialist in balayage, dimensional color, and hair extensions. Kait is fantastic with many different kinds of hair services, and her highlighting techniques are flawless.

Donna Bellarose
Licensed Massage Therapist
A licensed massage therapist and sound healer. What makes Donna special is her extensive training in India, with a concentration on sound healing and vibration. “With this expertise, I discovered I can give my clients not only an exceptional massage, but I have been able to help them with relief of inflammation, hormonal imbalance, depression, insomnia, and stress. For a limited time only, Donna will include a free oxygen bar with every massage.
