Chrissy Horrigan, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Medical Director, Advanced
Chrissy has been in nursing since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience as both an Aesthetic and Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. She has worked at highly reputable dermatology and medical spa practices, where she honed her clinical expertise and advanced training. Known for her compassionate, client-focused care, Chrissy takes a comprehensive approach to aesthetic medicine. Her advanced understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process allows her to tailor each treatment plan to enhance balance, symmetry, and long-lasting results. She offers a wide range of services from Botox and dermal fillers to advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, including CO2 therapy and Sculptra, always prioritizing subtle results that align with each patient’s unique goals.
Amy Starns
Practice Manager
Amy brings many years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and operations. As Practice Manager, she focuses on creating an exceptional client experience while supporting a team of highly skilled professionals. Her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, cared for, and empowered throughout their experience at Pelle.
Kristin Goggin, RN
Advanced Injector
Kristin is a seasoned nurse with over nine years of experience, holding degrees in Public Health and Nursing from UMass Lowell and Northeastern University. Her clinical expertise spans medical-surgical nursing, women’s health, and IV infusion management. Kristin is also certified in Botox and dermal fillers, having trained with leading brands such as Allergan and Galderma. Skilled in advanced technologies including Sylfirm X and CO2 laser treatments, she is dedicated to delivering safe, personalized care and achieving optimal outcomes for every client.
Tonya Binder, BSN, APRN
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Tonya is an experienced advanced practice registered nurse specializing in weight management and metabolic health. With a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term health and wellness, Tonya focuses on personalized interventions to support each patient’s unique goals. Drawing on her background in obesity and bariatrics, she provides comprehensive care that addresses the root causes of weight gain, including metabolic, hormonal, and behavioral factors. She is skilled in both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies to help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting results. Tonya earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College and maintains board certification through AANC. She is dedicated to continuous learning and to supporting you every step of the way toward optimal health and meaningful, lasting weight loss.
Melissa Deignan
Medical Assistant, Coolsculpting Specialist
Melissa is a Certified Medical Assistant with over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics and med spa industry, including nearly 10 years of advanced expertise in CoolSculpting. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through carefully tailored, results-driven treatment plans. Known for her warm approach and keen clinical eye, she brings precision and expertise to every CoolSculpting treatment, customizing each plan to yield the best possible results. Her patient-centered care ensures every individual feels supported while working toward optimal outcomes.
Jenn Angel
Medical Aesthetician Manager, Acne Specialist
Jennifer Angel is a licensed esthetician in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has built a career in the beauty and skincare industry over the last 16 years. Jennifer graduated with honors from the Laird Institute. She is one of the first two Hydrafacial certified connect masters in NH, having performed over 600 sessions in 2021 and attended HFX in Boston. She is certified in IPL, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and so much more. Jennifer has attended CoolSculpting University and has performed over 500 CoolSculpting procedures. She focuses her practice on results-driven skincare and has had her VI Peel client results published on the online medical platform healthline.com. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Ava-Loren is an experienced Aesthetician with 15 years of education and training in the beauty industry. She holds certifications in GLO2 facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, brows, lashes, and Davinci teeth whitening. Her specialty is IPL, delivering exceptional results in hair and pigmentation removal.

Barbi is our dedicated Client Relations Coordinator, bringing years of experience in retail, medical administration, and customer-focused care to the Pelle team. Known for her positive energy and unwavering support, she consistently elevates those around her and inspires the team to be their very best. With a deep knowledge of all Pelle services and a wealth of insight, Barbi expertly guides each client to the right provider and treatment to achieve exceptional results. From your first interaction to your final visit, she ensures you feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Master Stylist
Rebecca Hardison is a two-time winner of the Hippo Press “Best of NH” award and has been honing her craft for over 13 years. She has mastered balayage, creative colors, and extensions, with particular talent for designing formal styles. Rebecca stays current with the latest trends and innovative techniques through regular classes and specialty training.

Kait brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the hair and beauty industry. She is known for her expertise in blonding, dimensional color, wedding hair, and seamless extensions. She is a beautiful person inside and out, genuinely attentive to each client’s needs and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes.
