Lindsay Andronaco

Lindsay Andronaco graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and eventually went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner degree in Adult and Gerontology Medicine. While receiving her master’s degree, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for her academic excellence at the graduate level.
Lindsay has a vast medical background and has specialized in skin care, surgery, and wounds/trauma. She previously was the Director of Nursing at Lowell General in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Wound/Ostomy/Continence Manager at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She’s a national award winner of the Dorland award in the category of skin and wound care. She was also recognized in Case In Point Magazine as being one of the “Top People in Healthcare.” They noted her for her “passionate leadership and an overall holistic approach to medicine.”
She has previously completed training in Botox and Fillers, plus has years of experience in surgery and skin/wound care. She’s trained in injectables with Rob Lucas PA-C out of Darrien, CT, who is a plastic surgery physician’s assistant who practices by-coastal and specializes in injectable cosmetics. He has more than 30 years in the industry. His other office is in California, where he assists Dr. Ordon from the show “The Doctors.”
Lindsay also trained with Dr. Lisa Vuich, a nationally recognized injector, a member of numerous aesthetic organizations, and an instructor for the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association. Lindsay has also spent time training in Michelle Doran and Andrea Pop-Connely in advanced injection techniques.
Since taking over as Medical Director in 2018, The team has won the Best of Hippo awards FIVE years in a row, and she also achieved recognition as a worldwide leader and healthcare. Above all else, Lindsay prides herself on safety designing a treatment plan that works for each individual patient.
Cheryl Boyarsky
Practice Manager
Cheryl joined Pellé Medical Spa in 2014 with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in various industries. Her number one focus is on client satisfaction and the absolute best service in the medical spa business. She has also worked and lived in London and Manhattan.
Cheryl takes a well-rounded approach to the Med Spa and anti-aging business, working closely with Lindsay, The Medical Director to offer treatments to address all your aging concerns.
As we age, collogen and elastin production slows creating noticeable changes in the skin such as sagging, thinning, fine lines and wrinkles, appearance of age spots, and dryness. “Pelle is always looking for the latest in skin care and technology to give clients the best possible outcome.”
In addition to her strong background on the business side, she is a mother of triplet boys and a certified yoga instructor. Cheryl is a healthy lifestyle advocate and believes beauty and strength come from what makes one feel best!

Kristin Goggin
Registered Nurse
Kristin has been a nurse for over 9 years. She holds degrees in Public Health and Nursing from UMass Lowell and Northeastern University. Kristin’s areas of expertise include medical/surgical nursing, women’s health, and IV infusion management. She is certified in Botox and Fillers, having trained with top brands like Allergan and Galderma at Pelle. Kristin is proficient with advanced devices such as Sylfirm X and Neogen. She is committed to safety, personalized care, and optimal outcomes for her clients.

Lauris Mercado, RN
Lauris has over six years of nursing experience and a degree from Northeastern University. She brings extensive expertise to our practice.
For the past three years, she has specialized in aesthetic medicine, mastering various treatments, including injectables, laser therapy, IV therapy, weight management, chemical peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, and skin tightening.
Lauris has a meticulous eye for symmetry and a compassionate approach to patient care. Fluent in English and Spanish, she effectively communicates with a diverse patient population, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience through their aesthetic journeys.
Melina Wilson
Registered Nurse
Melina Wilson, RN, BSN nurse injector, earned her degree from Capella University, graduating with high honors, and is currently pursuing her advanced practice degree. Melina has nearly twenty years of nursing experience. Melina started her career at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where she remains today. Melina’s previous nursing experience includes medical-surgical nursing, ambulatory care, and informatics nursing. Melina currently works as an aesthetic nurse injector and intensive care nurse.
Melina’s passion for aesthetic nursing grew when approached by Lindsay Andronico, currently the medical director of Pellé Medical Spa. Melina completed Botox and Filler training at Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Inc in 2019. Melina has trained with Michele Doran at RN Aesthetics and is an Allergan nurse educator. In addition, Melina has been working alongside Lindsay for the last several years. Melina’s range of aesthetic nursing encompasses a variety of treatments and procedures, including injectable cosmetics that have become her niche.
Melina has been part of the team at Pellé since 2019.

Hi everyone! I’m Ava-Loren, the face behind @skinvixxen. As an Aesthetician, my goal is to ensure you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, comfortable throughout the experience, educated every step of the way, and empowered when you leave. This space is a judgment-free, friendly zone.
With 15 years of education and training in the beauty industry, my services have grown tremendously over the years. In addition to my certifications in facials, eyebrows, lashes, and teeth whitening, my true passion is IPL. The results of hair and pigmentation removal speak for themselves, and the feedback is always incredible. I am also scheduled to become a Phlebotomist, performing blood work to support the various medical services and programs focused on your overall health and wellbeing.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, sleeping, eating, watching horror films, spending time with my family and staying active. Whether that’s hiking, strength training, or doing yoga at home with my kitty.

Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years and began specializing in medical aesthetics in 2019. Her focus is on helping patients navigate the aesthetic process and serves as an advisor between the medical aesthetic brands, the Pelle Team and each individual patient she works with. Melissa believes that “confidence changes everything” and takes pride in helping people look and feel their best.

Barbi came to Pelle after many years of working in retail and medical administration and is loved by all who meet her! She enjoys gardening and harvesting her own vegetables, herbs, and flowers. A licensed massage therapist and sound healer.
